The Reconversion project continues

The Liberty Technology Park Cluj project has recently entered its second phase of reconversion. The second phase of the project will be delivered by the end of the year, in December 2014.

At the present, although reconversion only started for a month, pre lease agreements have been signed for 30 % of the second phase of the project. Medium and large companies are interested in the wide open spaces offered per level.

„Siemens is the first R&D Company that chose Liberty Technology Park Cluj as a destination for their offices. Their moving in confirms that our project is evolving as we planned. The research and development profile of their department contributes not only to achieving our goal of creating a space that generates a thriving environment for progress and innovation but will also create new jobs in time.”Ion Sturza, Chairman of the Board, Liberty Technology Park Cluj.
